Return policy

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days if the following conditions are met:

  • The article must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The article must be returned using the same shipping company as the delivery.
  • Articles sent COD or without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused. (Be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the box.)
  • No complaint relating to merchandise missing from a delivery will be accepted after two days following the delivery.
  • Returns sent to another address will not be credited.
